Treadmill Dungeon

The dungeon was a castle's final defensive position. It was the location of last retreat when all other fortifications failed. That is the moniker I apply to a training area of last resort (e.g. a gym) where one may be forced to exercise in monotony due to weather or logistical constraints. With no other place to retreat -- the fighting intensifies and we hope for something like a victory.
